You’ll have a one-on-one appointment at Austin Subaru with a Subaru Star Delivery Specialist who will answer any questions you have and help you explore and customize your vehicle’s systems.

    Hire Date 4/25/2015 - Morgan is a U.S. Navy veteran. He's a Subaru owner and driver and his love for Subarus is what motivated him into being a part of Austin Subaru. Morgan was born and raised in Austin. He spends most of his time golfing or playing with his dog, "Dexter."

    Hire Date 2/1/2017 - Masha was born in Moscow, Russia, moved to Austin when she was 6 years old. Over the years, she's fallen in love with the city and could not imagine anywhere else to call home. From a young age, her mom instilled a love of travel in her. She's been to 12 countries and counting, most notably the 4 months she spent studying abroad in Spain and more recently, 2 months backpacking in Thailand and Cambodia. She attended the University of Texas and still enjoys cheering on the Longhorns, especially at tailgates with friends. She loves animals and hopes to one day get an Australian Shepherd or a poodle mix, but until then she periodically fosters through Austin Pets Alive. In her free time, she loves attending concerts, finding new brunch spots with her friends, and when it's warm, spending the day swimming at the Greenbelt.

    Hire Date 11/27/2006 - This photo is from Jesse's earlier days, when he was the hard partying and wildly talented drummer in the world famous heavy metal band Mania. Incidentally, it was about that time and a result of those skills that earned Jesse the nickname that stays with him today "The War Machine." Jesse moved to Central Texas in 1981 and now calls San Marcos home. He follows Nitro Funny Car Drag Racing and collects movie memorabilia from the Golden Age of Hollywood. Jesse also enjoys football season and live music.If you ever have an obscure question about a certain Subaru model, find Jesse, who is a national Subaru walk-around champion. Jesse says that the Subaru brand is a true state of mind and he loves representing it. He appreciates both to the go anywhere capability of the vehicles and also the shared sensibilities that Subaru customers have of caring about the well-being of Mother Earth.

Once you take ownership of your new Subaru, your Austin Subaru Star Delivery Specialist will schedule a return to the retailer for a Love-Encore visit. This should take place within 14 to 45 days from your original delivery date. This is your opportunity to ask questions about your vehicle’s features and functions. With the help of the Star Delivery Specialist, you will be confident understanding how your vehicle’s technology enhances your driving experience.

Your specialist will explain and demonstrate how to use the systems seen on the right, plus many more, and set them up to work best for you. You will also learn about SUBARU STARLINK™ connected services and how to enroll. Please note this process may take about 30 to 60 minutes. The Star Delivery Specialist is your go-to contact for all of your technology questions before, during, and after taking ownership.
